Red Ginseng root made from pure Japan 500g tea First Grade

Root of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer (Araliaceae).

【How to drink ginseng tea】
Make an infusion of 10 ginseng in 500 ml of water.
Boil over high heat at first, and when the water comes to a boil, slowly infuse over low heat.
The infusion time depends on the amount of ginseng and water, but generally infuse for 2 to 3 hours.
If you are not used to the bitterness of ginseng tea, you can add a little sugar or honey.
